Beyond that, we work with a wide variety of firms, ranging from the newly established to deep-rooted firms with a footprint in multiple jurisdictions. We have worked with a number of firms who have successfully broken off on their own, allowing them to confidently build their practice. We also count as our clients, attorneys who have been in practice for decades, but need access to a reliable source of capital to deal with the unexpected or to more aggressively fund a high dollar case.
- Buy-out higher priced, non-flexible financing. Because our loans are designed to offer a reasonable option built especially for law firms, we often structure loan buyouts of existing loans. We have numerous clients who have been able to not only pay off higher priced financing, but obtain additional capital in the process, and still come away with a lower repayment obligation.

Our clients include high-volume practices as well as those with a niche practice area focus. Some of our clients are exclusively on a contingency basis, while others blend hourly with contingency claims.
